Japan Airlines -- the 747

The other day the youth in my family's ward took a tour of the 747 at JAL. It's the biggest airplane in the world flying right now. Needless to say, Martin and I thought it would be fun to join them. So we did. And it was pretty impressive. Here are some pictures so you can see just how massive this thing was...

This was in first class. Note the difference between how far down Gavin could lay in the chair vs how far down Martin could lay... haha

These were some of the sleeping areas for the flight attendants. Martin barely fit. His toes and head both touched the ends. I couldn't stand back far enough to get that in the camera though...



This is the cock pit. Pretty fancy.




This is the outside, it's so huge that it was hard to get a picture to show just how big it was... haha




Anyway, fun times :)
